Wynn Al Marjan Island’s lead development partners, Wynn Resorts and Marjan, have announced their second joint venture with Aman Group to develop a new hotel on Al Marjan Island; Janu Al Marjan Island.

Set to open in late 2028, this luxury resort will be managed by Aman Group, known for its exceptional hotels and residences. Located across from Wynn Al Marjan Island, Janu promises a soulful hospitality experience, focusing on human interaction, wellness, and playful expression. The resort will feature 132 rooms with views of the Arabian Gulf, alongside a wellness centre, yoga studio, gym, and diverse dining and entertainment options.

Additionally, the development will include a residential tower with high-end residences and villas. The project marks a key milestone in Ras Al Khaimah’s transformation into a world-class destination.
