XRBIA Developers has launched 10 new cities in the value housing segment between Mumbai and Pune, worth Rs 200 crore.
This new project is in sync with the govt’s aim of providing ‘Housing for All’ in the country. The buyers will now have to pay only 7.2 per cent interest on the loan amount for the entire term period for all the 10 new cities being launched by XRBIA Developers.
The price of the units ranges between Rs 14 lakh for flats and Rs 36 lakh for villas. Each buyer can book a property with a down payment of Rs 1.4 lakh and the remaining amount can be paid at the time of possession. Also, the company gives an exclusive offer of zero per cent interest payment option for people without income documents.
XRBIA Developers plans to create 100 cities and as of now it is ready with the first phase of launching 10 new cities between Mumbai and Pune, including Madap, Karjat, Warai, Nandgaon, Vangani, Warai, Balewadi, Hinjewadi, Chakan and Jambhul.
It has projects spread across Mumbai, Nagpur, Delhi and Pune.
