S Jaipal Reddy, Union Minister of Urban Development, inaugurated the 13.1 km
Yamuna Bank-Noida metro line on 12 November 2009.
The Noida corridor, built at a cost of Rs 630 crore is completely elevated
and will be integrated with the existing 34.3 km Yamuna Bank-Dwarka Sector-9
segment, extending the total length of Line-3 to 47.4 km.
The line consists of 10 stations (Delhi portion - 4, Noida portion - 6).
These stations are Yamuna Bank, Akshardam Temple, Mayur Vihar - I, Mayur Vihar
Ext., New Ashok Nagar (in Delhi), Noida Sector 15, Noida Sector 16, Noida Sector
18, Botanical Garden, Golf Course and Noida City Centre (Sector 32).
