Yokogawa India (YIL), a leader in industrial automation and process control, has marked a major milestone with the first delivery of its next-generation AXG magnetic flowmeters in Maharashtra.
This significant event, facilitated through Adept Fluidyne, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Yokogawa, highlights the company’s expanded local presence and commitment to India’s rapidly advancing industrial sector. The ceremonial delivery took place on 11 July, 2025 at Adept’s Pune facility, with top Yokogawa leadership in attendance. Distinguished participants included Katsuya Ikezawa, Director of Yokogawa India, Hiroshi Nagai, President of Yokogawa Manufacturing Corporation, Hiroshi Tanoguchi, Senior Vice President & Executive Officer, CTO and Head of Yokogawa Products HQ, and Vinayak Gadre, CEO of Adept Fluidyne.
Founded in 1983, Adept has a legacy of supplying over 70,000 magnetic and ultrasonic flowmeters across sectors like water, wastewater, and industrial processes. Since 2010, it has expanded into IoT gateways, smart water meters, and flowmeter calibration services.
