Mott MacDonald on behalf of HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation) has invited bids for laying of cross country pipeline project work.
The bids have been invited for laying of cross country pipeline and associated works for LPG pipeline project in Karnataka. HPCL intends to lay a pipeline from its LPG import facilities at Mangalore to BPCL receipt terminal at Solur via Hassan and subsequently provide a spur line from Hassan to Mysore via Kalibadi. The pipeline is proposed through the existing Mangalore- Bangalore petronet pipeline corridor upto chainage 240.467 km existing pipeline.
Mangalore-Hassan- Bangalore- Mysore LPG pipeline has a mainline length of 295.32 km from Mangalore to Solur. The pipeline has a tap off at Hassan, chainage 163.077 km and further extended to Mysore terminal, total length of spur line is 101.08 km.
