Bangalore International Airport Co (BIACL) will
soon begin floating tenders for selection of key commercial partners.
Tenders will soon be floated to select
concessionaries who would operate the aviation fuel facility, ground handling,
cargo terminal, flight catering and aircraft maintenance.
By end-October 2005, the first tender for
selection of operators of the aviation fuel facility on BOOT basis will be
floated. The tenders for other facilities will be floated subsequently.
BIACL began ground work at the Devanahalli site
in July 2005.
