Adani Group’s airport division has launched a three-phase city-side development plan covering 655 acres across eight airports at Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Guwahati, Bengaluru, and Thiruvananthapuram.
Phase-1 spans 114 acres, with 50 acres in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai and the remainder at six other airports. City-side projects will include hotels, retail, convention centres, offices, F&B outlets, and entertainment facilities.
Adani Airport Holdings (AAHL) has begun Phase-1 works, focusing on hotels, retail, entertainment, and food courts. Phase-2 and Phase-3 will offer varied retail and rental mixes. Navi Mumbai Airport is expected to secure operational clearance by October 2025, with capacity ramp-up within six months and a second terminal to follow.
