signed a contract for a 400 MW of wind turbine capacity with Horizon Wind of
Houston, Texas, owned by Portuguese utility EDP (Energias de Portugal, S.A.).
The delivery of 200 MW of turbine capacity will be delivered by 2008 and
another 200 MW of capacity by 2009.
