1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

  • DP World (India Gateway Terminal Pvt.   • RTS Power Corporation bagged orders worth Rs.52.6 crore for the supply of 4,735 transformers and 1621.6 km cables The contract includes orders worth Rs.24 crore from Kalpataru Power Transmission for the supply of transformers.
  • Pratibha Industries bagged a contract worth Rs.49.49 crore from Jammu & Kashmir Economic Reconstruction Agency for replacement of rising mains and laying of new rising mains and gravity mains in Jammu city. The project is to be completed within 18 months.
  • Asian Oilfield Services bagged an order worth Rs.71.86 crore from Oil India Corporation for acquisition of 2D seismic data in Mizoram. The order is to be completed within 14 operative months from effective date of mobilization.

  • Suzlon Energy Australia Pty, Australia, the step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Suzlon Energy bagged orders in Australia. The contracts include:
  1. Sydney's Renewable Power Ventures (RPV) awarded the contract for delivery of 63 units of Suzlon S88-2.1 MW wind turbines translating to 132 MW capacity and the wind farm project pertaining to the said supply is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2009.
  2. AGL Energy awarded the contract for delivery of 34 units of Suzlon S88-2.I MW wind turbines and is scheduled for completion by 2009.

  • Jyoti Structures Africa (Pty) in Johannesburg, South Africa (a joint venture company of Jyoti Structures) bagged a contract worth $75 million from NamPower, the electricity utility of Namibia for execution of approximately 650 km of 350 KV High Voltage DC transmission line from Gerus to Zambezi in Namibia. The order is to be executed within 18 months.
