Vascon Engineers, Pune are planning to develop two "green" projects in Baner - Willows, a residential project, and Eco tower, an office complex .

Willows, a residential projects involves an investment outlay of Rs.400 crore and it will be developed in phased manner. It will come up on 18 acre and the first phase will have 80 flats, ranging from 2,500 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft, and some penthouses of 6,000 sq ft. The company has already invested Rs.100 crore in the residential project for which the construction work has already begun. The project is likely to be ready by end-2009. The second phase will consist three towers of 25 storeys each and it is scheduled to begin by September 2009. The company is waiting for the necessary approvals for the second phase.

Eco Tower will be developed at an investment cost of Rs.65 crore and it will have 80,000 sq ft of built-up space on a two-acre plot, with greenery, open spaces and podium parking. Construction has begun and the building will be ready by June 2010.
