Parsvnath Landmark Developers, a 100 percent subsidiary of Parsvnath
Developers, has received all requisite approvals including sanction of the
building plans from the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, enabling the company to
begin construction of its premium luxury project Parsvnath La Tropicana in
Delhi.
The approvals include clearances from Delhi Urban Arts Commission, The Delhi
Fire Service, The Airports Authority of India, environment clearance from MoEF
and NoC from L&Do.
The project sprawled over 16.84 acre is having a total built up area of
approximately 20 lack sq ft. The project is expected to offer amenities like
piped gas supply, meditation cabana, health spa etc.
