Parsvnath Developers Ltd (PDL) performed the ground breaking ceremony on 21
May 2009 for its IT Park in Gurgaon, Haryana.
PDL has acquired land for the project which will entail an investment of Rs
135 crore. The park named Parsvnath Technica-Cyber Park is located at Main
Gurgaon Sohna road in Gurgaon and will have office space of 7 lakh sq. ft.
spread over two towers.
The buildings comprise G+5 and G+11 storeys and will have about 75,000 sq ft
contiguous floor plate. The park is expected to offer free parking through a
dedicated parking zone, convention centres, recreation area etc.
The project has been designed by Rajinder Kumar & Associates which is slated
to be completed within three years from the commencement of construction.
