The Maharashtra Government plans to enter into partnership with Vamed, the
Australia based healthcare company, to set up wellness centres offering
revitalisation therapies at the JJ Group of Hospitals.
Plans are afoot to set up out-patients’ departments offering naturopathic
care at four government hospitals -- JJ Hospital, Cama Hospital, GT Hospital and
St George Hospital. There will be treatments ranging from ayurveda, oil massages
and aroma therapies to mud bath, steam bath and heat therapies.
