HealthCare Global Enterprise, Bangalore based chain of 20 super-speciality
cancer care hospitals, is planning to enter the foreign market.
The company is likely to form a JV and set up a 50-bed facility that will
focus on oncology with an investment of Rs 15 crore, excluding the real estate
cost.
Plans are afoot to enter into Sri Lanka, where it is in talks with a
healthcare provider. In addition to this, HealthCare Global aims to tap the
African waters where it will set up some clinics run by it.
In the future, the company expects to set up a cyberknife facility in Mumbai
and New Delhi respectively. It also plans to expand its main facility in
Bangalore where it is likely to soon complete a surgical centre.
