The Park Hotels is expected to complete its 270-room hotel on the Hussain
Sagar lake edge at Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh soon.
Phase I comprising 125 rooms is expected to be commissioned on 1 April 2010
and the entire property will be operational within six months. The project
designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill hosts 11 food and beverage courts.
Meanwhile, three more properties are coming up at Navi Mumbai, Kolkata and
the company is also in the midst of finalising plans for another venture in
Jaipur.
