The Uttar Pradesh Government proposes to set up hospitals in various cities
on PPP basis.
The state government envisages setting up super specialty hospitals in
Lucknow (Tender)
and
Kanpur (Tender)
at an outlay of Rs 240 crore each; a multi speciality hospital in
Agra (Tender)
at a cost of Rs 100 crore; a hospital cum medical college costing Rs 350 crore
in
Meerut (Tender)
and Transport Nagar in Mohan Sarai in
Varanasi (Tender)
worth Rs 240 crore.
The state government has already invited RFQs from interested entities for
developing the projects. The last date of submission of bids is 18 May 2010.
