SoftTech Engineers has secured a contract worth Rs 17.16 crore from the Airports Authority of India (AAI) to implement a cutting-edge BIM-based Project Monitoring System (BPMS).

This system will enable real-time digital monitoring of infrastructure projects throughout their planning, execution, and reporting phases. Designed to enhance visibility, transparency, and control, the BPMS allows stakeholders to make informed decisions faster. Powered by SoftTech’s proprietary CivitINFRA platform, the system integrates artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to streamline project functions such as cost estimation, budgeting, contract management, and progress tracking. The unified platform simplifies oversight, improving coordination and accountability.
