The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has invited bids for a new civil enclave at Darbhanga in Bihar.
The work, valued at Rs 631.71 crore encompasses the construction of new terminal building, allied structure and external development works on engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) model.
The selected contractor is expected to undertake survey, investigation as well as manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning of the works, including providing construction and maintenance of the project and to remedy any defects within the contract period and defects liability period. The work is to be completed in 24 months.
The closing date for bid submission is 18 January, 2024.
