ACME Solar Holdings has won a 301 MW/1,204 MWh assured peak supply project under the SECI FDRE-VII scheme through an e-reverse auction held on February 5, 2026.
Following this win, ACME Solar’s diversified portfolio now totals 8,071 MW of contracted capacity, which spans across solar, wind, storage, hybrid, FDRE, and RTC solutions. The formal letter of award for the project is expected soon. The bid requires ACME Solar to supply four MWh per MW of contracted capacity during any four hours each day, specifically during non-solar hours. The project will ensure a 70 percent availability on a monthly basis and 85 percent on an annual basis.
To meet these requirements, ACME Solar will integrate solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) technology and leverage existing night-time connectivity. With an operational contracted capacity of 2,962 MW, ACME Solar continues to strengthen its position as a leading player in the renewable energy sector.
