ACME Solar Holdings, through its subsidiary, ACME Eco Clean Energy has successfully commissioned an additional four MW of wind power capacity at its project site in Gujarat.
This addition is part of a larger 100 MW wind power project at Village Titoda, Taluka Sayla, in Surendranagar district. With this new 4 MW, the project has now reached a total operational capacity of 56 MW out of the planned 100 MW. The commissioning process was verified by officials from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company (PGVCL). This project is being developed in phases, and while it is now operational, a formal commissioning certificate from the authorities is expected soon.
ACME Solar highlighted the importance of this expansion in meeting India’s renewable energy goals, emphasising, "This project is a crucial step in our commitment to sustainable energy development."
