AMPIN Energy Transition has secured a USD 50 million investment from Siemens Financial Services, the financing arm of Siemens AG. This investment aims to strengthen AMPIN’s role in India’s renewable energy transition, supporting both Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and utility-scale renewable energy projects, along with its energy transition value chain business.

This marks AMPIN’s third major investment this financial year, bringing the total equity capital raised to $270 million in 2025 and pushing its total equity base to nearly USD 700 million.

The company’s overall capital deployment now exceeds $4 billion, positioning it to scale its renewable energy portfolio and accelerate India’s clean energy transformation. In addition to funding, Siemens’ expertise in energy technology provides strategic advantages, making it an ideal partner for AMPIN’s long-term growth.
