The Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC) is planning to construct financial tower in Hyderabad.
APIIC will raise the funds for project from internal resources as well as through bank debt. The financial tower estimated to cost Rs 100 crore, will come up over 3.2 acre land with buildup space of 400,000 sq ft. The project consultants have already submitted the feasibility report.
Meanwhile, APIIC is planning to construct a gaming and animation project on 30 acre area with an investment of Rs 150 crore. Also, APIIC is planning to set up logistics hub and a truck terminal with all the amenities on 51 acre area at Nakkala Kandriga in Nellore district, one industrial park in each revenue division and one all-women industrial park in every district of the state. The facility in Nellore district is aimed to provide facilities for the trucks traveled to and from Krishnapatnam port.
