Adani Energy Solutions (AESL) has partnered with RSWM, a part of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, to supply 60 MW of renewable energy under a Rs 60 crore investment.
This collaboration will provide RSWM with 31.53 crore units of green power annually for its manufacturing facilities in Rajasthan, significantly increasing its reliance on clean energy. With this agreement, RSWM aims to boost its renewable energy share from 33 percent to 70 percent, surpassing India’s national clean energy average of 31 percent. AESL will handle the entire renewable power supply chain for RSWM’s additional energy needs.
RSWM, a global exporter of fabrics and yarns, operates 12 manufacturing plants and plans to enhance its sustainable energy practices. The deal marks a key milestone in the company’s efforts to lead the industry in responsible energy transitions. AESL aims to grow its commercial and industrial energy portfolio to 7,000 MW over the next five years.
