Ahluwalia Contracts (India) has secured a significant contract from DLF for civil and structural works, including rough finishing works, for the high-end residential project “The Dahlias” at DLF5, Gurugram.

The order valued at Rs 2,089 crore (excluding GST), marks one of the company’s substantial residential project orders in recent times. The scope of work under the contract primarily involves civil and structural works for the luxury housing project, along with necessary rough finishing tasks.

The work is scheduled to be executed over a 44-month period, underlining the scale and complexity of the development. “The Dahlias” is a premium housing project by DLF, part of its ongoing developments in DLF5, Gurugram, one of the most sought-after real estate zones in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Ahluwalia Contracts has established itself as a key player in the real estate construction sector, with this order adding to its expanding residential project portfolio.
