1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

Andhra Pradesh implements major irrigation projects, water to reach tail-end areas in Atmakur

Endowments Minister Anam Ramnarayana Reddy has highlighted ongoing efforts to improve irrigation and implement development projects in Atmakur Assembly constituency in Andhra Pradesh.

Repairs are being carried out at five lift irrigation sites to ensure water reaches tail-end agricultural lands, supporting farmers and enhancing crop productivity. In addition, projects worth Rs 144.50 crore are being executed through Panchayat Raj institutions, while under the Jal Jeevan Mission, works valued at Rs 19 crore covering 76 projects are underway, with tendering in progress for additional works. Overall, Rs 65 crore has been sanctioned for 336 development activities.

On 28 December, 2025, the Minister laid foundation stones and inaugurated a completed CC road connecting to Vasili village, noting that 761 development works worth Rs 50.72 crore are ongoing, including a Rs 69.30 lakh drinking water project in Vasili SC Colony. He emphasised that despite a financial burden of Rs 1.40 lakh crore, the state government continues to fund key programs such as the Super Six schemes, NTR Bharosa social pensions, and new LPG gas connections, reflecting a commitment to balanced rural and social development.
