Sri Ravi Shankar, spiritual leader and founder of the Art of Living
Foundation (AOL), on 19 December 2010, laid the foundation stone for an
international school in Hyderabad.
The proposed AOL school is coming up at Ramky Discovery City for which AOL
has signed an MoU with the Ramky Group. The school will have facilities to
impart modern and quality education with traditional value systems for students
up to Class XII.
The Ramky Discovery City is an integrated satellite city to be spread over
374 acre, with a facility to expand it to 600 acre. It is being developed as a
'Green City' at Srinagar village in Maheshwaram mandal of Ranga Redddy district.
The project is being promoted by Ramky Integrated Townships, a part of the
Group.
