RITES has invited bids for the construction of multiple institutional infrastructure development work in Odisha under Phase-III Package-2 on engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) mode.

The scope of work includes the development of a 600-seater boys’ hostel, residential quarters of Type-II, III, and IV categories, and the extension of the School of Humanities, Social Sciences & Management (SHSSM) building, along with associated services. The project is designed to support academic, residential, and community facilities, thereby enhancing campus infrastructure and providing improved accommodation and learning spaces. By integrating residential quarters with educational building extensions, the initiative aims to strengthen social and academic ecosystems within the institution. 

The tender submission deadline for interested parties is 27 October, 2025.
