Realty developer Arvind SmartSpaces has announced a joint development agreement to create a 440-acre industrial park on NH-47, Bavla-Bagodara Road, Ahmedabad. The project has a topline potential of Rs 1,350 crore, with 70.5 percent revenue share for the developer under the model.
This is a significant addition to the company’s horizontal portfolio, now encompassing 77 million sq. ft. of projects in Ahmedabad. This project strengthens the company’s cumulative new business development potential for the year, which exceeds Rs 3,850 crore.
The company's future growth plans include expansion in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad. Strategically positioned near the dedicated freight corridor (DFC) and Dholera Special Investment Region, the location offers connectivity to Saurashtra, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, and key ports like Kandla.
Large industries in pharma, engineering, renewables, logistics, and ancillaries, will also enhance the park’s appeal.
