NKC Projects has been declared the lowest (L1) bidder for the design, construction, testing, commissioning of trunk infrastructure works for the integrated manufacturing cluster (IMC) in Gaya, Bihar.

This project is part of the Amritsar Kolkata Industrial Corridor (AKIC) initiative, aimed at boosting industrial development in the region. The work will be executed on engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis,a nd also covers operation and maintenance. The contractis worth Rs 606.03 crore and is expected to be completed within 36 months. The development will also focus on long-term sustainability and efficient operation and maintenance for up to four years under defect liability period (DLP). .

The project includes the development of key infrastructure to support industrial growth in the area, and is expected to play a vital role in enhancing the region's industrial capabilities, providing necessary infrastructure for manufacturers.
