Awfis Space Solutions, India’s largest flexible workspace provider and the country’s first publicly listed workspace platform, has designed and delivered a 67,000 sq. ft. innovation hub for eBay at Embassy Tech Village, Bengaluru.

This new centre will serve as a strategic hub for eBay’s AI-first initiatives, focusing on artificial intelligence, engineering, and product development to support the company’s growth in India. Embassy Tech Village, located in North Bengaluru, offers excellent connectivity to the international airport and city centre, along with strong communication infrastructure.

Amit Ramani, Chairman and MD of Awfis, stated that this project validates Awfis’ ability to provide future-ready, scalable workspaces tailored for global capability centres (GCCs) and large enterprises. The collaboration with eBay reinforces Awfis’ position as a preferred partner for innovation-driven workspace solutions. The deal was facilitated by Zinnov, a global consulting firm specialising in building capability centres for enterprises.
