The Directorate of Medical Education, Training & Research (DMETR), Arunachal Pradesh, has invited bids for the establishment of a 100-seat medical college along with the augmentation of the attached 100-bed district hospital in compliance with National Medical Commission (NMC) norms.
The contract will be executed on a public-private partnership (PPP) basis, offering private partners the opportunity to design, build, finance, equip, furnish, augment, operate, and eventually transfer the facilities. The scope includes upgrading hospital facilities, providing modern medical equipment, furnishing classrooms and laboratories, and operational management of both medical college and hospital services.
To improve medical education and healthcare delivery in the region, the tender invites interested parties to develop both the academic and healthcare infrastructure, ensuring that the hospital’s services are enhanced to meet the regulatory standards set by the NMC.
Interested bidders must submit proposals by 05 November, 2025.
