Fortis Healthcare’s wholly-owned subsidiary, International Hospital (IHL), has signed a 15-year lease agreement with RR Lifesciences to operate and expand the Fortis Hospital Greater Noida.
The hospital, currently a 200-bed multi-speciality facility, was earlier managed under an Operations and Management (O&M) arrangement since October 2022. With the new lease, Fortis gains full operational and financial control, enabling it to consolidate the hospital’s performance within its wider network. The hospital, built on a 1.35-acre UPSIDA-leased land parcel with 2.7 lakh sq. ft. built-up area, has the potential to expand by an additional 50 beds, raising total capacity to about 250 beds.
Dr. Ashutosh Raghuvanshi, MD & CEO of Fortis Healthcare, stated, “The addition of Fortis Hospital Greater Noida underlines our commitment to strengthening healthcare delivery across NCR… Our focus will remain on delivering high-quality, ethical, and patient-centric care.” The expansion is expected to reinforce Greater Noida’s role as a growing healthcare hub within Delhi-NCR.
