The Building Construction Department, Bihar has invited bids for the construction of multiple facilities within the premises of the Government Engineering College in Banka.
The project includes the development of a multi-sport indoor stadium, administrative and amenity buildings, a studio apartment for associate professors, guest house, girls' hostel, and boys' hostel. This large-scale construction project, valued at Rs 128.91 crore, aims to enhance the infrastructure of the college and provide modern amenities to students and faculty. The development is part of Bihar’s ongoing efforts to improve educational and community facilities across the state. Contractors are expected to complete the work within 18 months from the project’s start date.
The closing date for bid submission is set for 10 March, 2026.
