Karnataka Housing Board has invited bids for the appointment of project management consultants (PMCs) for the construction of Phase-II of Bengaluru North University at Amaravathi, Jangamakote Hobli, Sidlaghatta taluk in Chikkaballapura district.
The selected PMCs will oversee and manage the construction project, ensuring its timely and efficient execution. The tender specifies that the bidder should have experience in providing consultancy services for similar construction works in a single contract. This project aims to expand the infrastructure of Bengaluru North University and contribute to the development of the educational hub in the region.
Interested bidders must submit their applications by the closing date of 10 December, 2025.
