The Health & Family Welfare Department, Gujarat, has invited bids for the appointment of a consultant to provide master planning, architectural, and engineering design services for a major healthcare project in Vasai, Taluka Dascroi, Ahmedabad district. 

The scope includes preparing detailed architectural and engineering designs, working drawings, estimates, bills of quantities, specifications, draft tender documents, and evaluation support. The project covers development of a general hospital, medical and paramedical education facilities, super-specialty services, and allied research infrastructure in a phased manner. 

The consultancy contract, valued at approx. Rs 1,500 crore, will run from 2025-26 to 2030-31. The selected consultant will work under the supervision of the Engineer-in-Charge, with the master plan requiring approval from the competent authority of state health department.
