The Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh has invited bids for an executing agency for the construction of a 150-bed critical care block under EPC contract.

The selected consultant/executive agency will carry out comprehensive planning, designing, construction, supervision and monitoring of the work.The scope of the work includes, but is not limited to, getting various clearances for the project, awarding tender for construction, contract execution, monitoring and supervision of construction work, usage of standards software for project management and ensuring successful commissioning of the project.

The contract valued at Rs 130 crore, has a scheduled completion timeperiod of 26 months, with maintenance during defect liability period (DLP) spanning 12 months.

The bid submission due date is 03 July, 2023.
