The Himachal Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation (HPSIDC) has invited bids for the construction of a common effluent treatment plant (CETP) with a capacity of 5.0 MLD at the Bulk Drug Park in Una District, Himachal Pradesh.
The contract, set to be completed in 24 months, is divided into two phases. Phase I will focus on 3.0 MLD, including 1.0 MLD for high total dissolved solids (HTDS) and 2.0 MLD for low total dissolved solids (LTDS), along with an effluent conveyance network and a recycled treated water network. Phase II will add an additional 2.0 MLD (0.50 MLD HTDS and 1.50 MLD LTDS). The project also includes a two-year defect liability period and a 25-year operation and maintenance period.
The closing date for bid submisison is 12 January, 2026.
