Big Bang Boom Solutions (BBBS), a leading Indian DeepTech company, has inaugurated a 20,000-sq. ft. R&D centre in Chennai, alongside the opening of two new capability and service centres in Pune and Delhi.
Known for its innovation and indigenisation efforts, BBBS has already secured six iDEX contracts and the prestigious i4F Indo-Israel grant. The expanded R&D Centre will feature six dedicated labs, including a 4,000-sq-ft Electronics Warfare Center, to drive defence innovation in a rapidly evolving sector. Over the next six months, the company plans to add 40 specialised researchers in fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Nanotechnology.
With a strong track record, including the timely delivery of its first large-scale defence contract, BBBS is set to accelerate its growth. CEO Praveen Dwarakanath emphasised the company’s commitment to reinvesting its gains into R&D to support future growth and innovation in the defence sector.
