CRI Pumps has been empanelled by the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) to supply 25,000 solar pumping systems under the Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump (MTSKP) scheme. The project, valued at Rs 754 crore, marks a step towards promoting renewable energy within Maharashtra's agricultural sector.
This partnership highlights CRI Pumps’ role in advancing green energy adoption, particularly in agriculture, where it aims to provide reliable and eco-friendly energy solutions to farmers. The solar pumping systems under this initiative are expected to reduce dependence on conventional electricity and enhance sustainability.
CRI Pumps has already installed over 1,70,000 solar pumps and IoT-enabled smart pumps. The company’s contributions to energy conservation include saving approx. 5,200 million kWh of energy and preventing 4.13 million tonne of carbon emissions.
These achievements underline the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency, positioning it as a key player in India's transition to renewable energy.
