ELGi Equipments, based in Coimbatore, has launched a vacuum pump assembly line at its headquarters, expanding its offerings in industrial air and vacuum solutions.

This initiative stems from ELGi's multi-year technology licensing agreement with D.V.P. Vacuum Technology, Italy, allowing the company to manufacture, assemble, test, and market D.V.P.'s proprietary vacuum products in India. The new vacuum pump line is designed with ELGi's Total Quality Management (TQM) philosophy, ensuring strict quality control and reliability. The facility enables ELGi to offer globally competitive products, supported by a two-year warranty.
