Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal has announced that at least four more industrial parks will be established in different parts of Bihar, with a new Central policy soon to be introduced to boost small and medium enterprises and allied sectors.
At the ‘Bihar Idea Festival’ in Patna, he also inaugurated the APEDA office building and transferred funds under the Mukhyamantri Udyam Yojana, highlighting their role in strengthening Bihar’s export ecosystem. Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary shared updates on the 1,700-acre Gaya industrial park and announced a 150 km Ganga expressway plan.
Industries Minister Nitish Mishra noted Bihar’s growing global recognition in industrial development, as officials, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders echoed optimism about Bihar’s rapidly improving infrastructure and business climate.
