Chaitanya Projects Consultancy (CPCL) has successfully completed the technical due diligence for over 2,250 km of national highways in India, as part of the National Highways Authority of India’s (NHAI) asset monetisation program.
The highways, valued at over Rs 35,000 crore, span several states including Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and West Bengal. Notable stretches include Lalitpur–Lakhnadon, Gwalior–Jhansi, and Chitradurga–Hubballi, among others. CPCL’s thorough due diligence covered technical, financial, and environmental aspects, ensuring each highway met high standards for structural integrity and investment readiness.
Sanjay Kumar Sinha, founder and MD of CPCL, emphasised the importance of data-driven, sustainable infrastructure development, noting that the successful monetization efforts not only unlock capital for new infrastructure but also enhance investor confidence in India’s asset recycling programs.
