DBL-RBL JV has received a letter of acceptance (LoA) for the construction of Gurugram Metro Corridor between Millennium City Centre and Cyber City (26.65 km), and spur from Basai Village to Dwarka Expressway (1.85 km) with total 27 stations.
The contract, valued at Rs 1503.63 crore (including GST), involves construction of the viaduct and 14 elevated stations from Millennium City Centre to Sector-9 (inclusive), covering chainage (-)381 m to 12,603 m. It also includes a 1.85 km spur to Dwarka Expressway, a ramp to the Depot at Sector 33, and an underpass at Bhaktawar Chowk, but excludes pre-engineered building (PEB) and architectural finishing works. The project will be executed in “Item Rate” mode with a completion period of 30 months, covering a total length of 15.22 km.
Once completed, the corridor will enhance connectivity across Gurugram, linking Millennium City Centre with Cyber City and Dwarka Expressway, thereby easing commuter flow in one of NCR’s busiest urban clusters.
