DLF has unveiled a residential project in Chennai.

The project christened - Commander's Court - is coming up at Ennore. It is likely to have 354 apartments ranging from 1,600-2,600 sq ft and duplex units of 3,950 sq ft. The apartments are to be spread over five towers of three basements and 17 floors each, on a 4.6-acre plot. The project is slated to be ready by 2013.

These are expected to be fully-fitted units which buyers will be able to move into, with their furniture, and settle down within a day. Other facilities include a club, swimming pool, squash courts and a gym. Security features include smart-card access, video surveillance and CCTV in the parking area and entrance lobby.

Also, the project is likely to have a separate 10-floor block with 179 apartments that will serve as quarters for domestic staff, which the residents can lease from DLF.
