DLF plans to set up its second IT park
in the IT corridor of New Town, Rajarhat in Kolkata, with an investment of
Rs.700 crore.
The park to be spread over 25 acres of
land, will be implemented in phases and will have 2.5 million sq.ft of IT and
ITeS workspace. The facility will also have serviced apartments, retail and
recreational facilities.
Phase I is expected to be operational
by the end-2007 and the entire project is scheduled for completion within three
years.
