DLF is likely to launch a luxury housing project at Lower Parel in Mumbai.
The project is likely to be developed on 18 acre land that DLF bought from
National Textile Corporation in 2006 for Rs 702 crore. It is expected to have
three towers of 90 storeyes each. Of the total, the first 17 floors are likely
to be reserved for parking and there will be a king size garden on the 18th
floor. In all, the project is to comprise of 2,000 luxury homes.
