The Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC) has started groundwork for setting up of a knowledge based industrial park in South West Delhi.
The park, which will be developed over an area of 77 acre, is expected to cost Rs 1,200 crore. The design of the park has been has been approved by the state government and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi is considering the building plans. The work on improving infrastructure in Narela and Bawana industrial estates have already been awarded to private entities under a PPP model.
