Deendayal Port Authority (DPA) has invited bids seeking comprehensive architectural and project management consultancy services for the centre of excellence (CoE) for green hydrogen at Gandhidham (Kandla), Gujarat. 

The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting detailed soil investigations and submitting soil testing reports essential for the design process. The consultant must also propose a conceptual architectural layout with at least three 3D rendered options, including a block cost estimate and presentation to DPA’s Competent Authority for final approval. 

The design must strictly adhere to green building norms, aiming for the highest IGBC/GRIHA ratings (Platinum/5-star). The scope also covers delivering comprehensive architectural, structural, service layout drawings, and all necessary construction-stage documents in line with IS codes.

The bid submission process closes on 16 October, 2025.
