EPACK Prefab Technologies has inaugurated a new sandwich panel manufacturing facility at the Mambattu industrial estate in Tirupati district, Andhra Pradesh. Built on a 2,83,660 sq. ft. land parcel with a 1,49,151 sq. ft. built-up area, the plant adds eight lakh sq. mtrs. per annum to EPACK’s capacity, taking its total sandwich panel output to 13.10 lakh sq. mtrs. per annum.
This Rs 56 crore investment (excluding land) features a fully automated, continuous production line that delivers high precision, minimal manual intervention, enhanced product quality, and reduced material waste. The facility is designed to meet growing demand from sectors such as cold storage, food processing, clean rooms, and industrial infrastructure. “We are proud to align with key national missions such as Make in India, Aatmanirbhar Bharat and PM Gati Shakti,” said Sanjay Singhania, Managing Director & CEO, EPACK Prefab. He added that the company aims for a 30–35 percent market share in the prefabricated sandwich panel segment by year-end, leveraging deeper regional penetration and increased production speed.
The plant operates under approvals from the Tamil Nadu State Pollution Control Board, complying with the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, and the Environment (Protection) Act. Its energy-efficient automated systems reduce per-unit consumption and ensure consistent, durable panel output.
