Nitco has received a letter of intent (LoI) from Prestige Estates Projects for an additional tile supply order valued at approx. Rs 45 crore. This latest order raises the cumulative order value from Prestige Estates to around Rs 261 crore, all of which is expected to be executed over a span of twelve months.

The company highlighted that this development underscores a robust domestic business environment and reaffirms the strong confidence that prestigious real estate developers such as Prestige Estates have in Nitco’s product quality and execution capabilities. According to Nitco, the additional order builds on a growing partnership and reflects sustained demand in the premium construction and interiors sector, particularly in tiles and surface solutions.
